Oh fuck, Danganronpa 2 is at a price I'd normally get.

I'm playing through 1 on PC, but the controls feel a little awkward. I played the fan translated version on PSP and that was really fun.

Not sure if this game is better as a Vita or Steam purchase.

There's a few others where I'm on the fence, cos the price is good, but I wonder if handheld isn't a better option.

3 episodes in for Japanese patent show.

Classic underdog story where big corporation is trying to sue them into oblivion.

Next arc looks like their technical capabilities will be tested against a powerful engineering firm.

It's intense, it's incredibly saccharine and the Japanese bosses spend more time demeaning and crushing people than actually doing anything else.

Half the subplots involve people being either bitter or overly prideful.

Caught the G1 announcements, good to see how damn over Juice Robinson is.

The Juice is Loose vs Loose Explosion could be a sleeper match.

This tournament is a massive opportunity for Zack Sabre Jr to raise his profile further.

Ibushi's announcement got the biggest overall reaction.

Would love to see Suzuki vs. Sabre Jr, Omega vs. Ibushi, Naito vs. Ishii, Omega vs. Suzuki, Nagata vs. Ishii, Okada vs. Ibushi, Sabre Jr vs. Ishii and Naito vs. Omega.

If I can get at least 4 out of these 8 matches happen in some fashion, that's a success. Lack of Nakamura, AJ Styles, Marufuji, Shibata, Honma, Nakajima and Prince Devitt does hurt a lot, but they've done ok with the replacements.

In an ideal world, this would have been the tournament where Adam Cole breaks out with the Japanese audience, but like with Roddy Strong, we've got a bit of a missed opportunity. A strong NJPW run adds an extra 0 to your WWE paycheck, it's a great investment at this point.

When Juice returns to WWE, he might come back as an upper midcarder on a lot more money if he keeps his current upward trajectory.

Okada's got something like 5 matches to choose from, Omega's got 4 matches and then you have Naito, Tanahashi and Hiromu all stealing votes away.

I feel like there's going to be a combination of LFF AND backlash votes from people who perceive them to be overhyped that will give Cena a boost in the voting.

Cena/Styles being such a heavy frontrunner means it, so far has less competition to deal with. If that wasn't bad enough, the G1 will further fragment Okada's MOTY choices for APWT's.

For some reason, I really like the actual body movement of the characters in combat. Maybe that's just me, I haven't played many big Western titles, so I don't know if Dragon Age/Horizon/Fallout 4 party members can move like this as well.

Yeah, but who has Okada beaten that could be considered a PWI top level opponent?

As good as the Naito, Marufuji, Shibata, Suzuki, Fale and Omega matches have been, those guys aren't exactly high ranked. It would be like if a UFC champ had 4 title defenses in one year, but all 4 opponents were ranked outside the top 10-15.

I love the guy, just putting up an argument that will likely be used against him. I could see them going with AJ Styles.

I gotta finish P5 and Nier before I commit to anything big. I'd like to try Axiom Verge, Hyper Light Drifter or Kero Blaster, but their sales are never steep enough.

Fire Pro Wrestling World should be out soon as well, which would take any time away from other Steam games. IIRC they're announcing a date tomorrow or Wednesday.

Well I need to buy Nier:Automata eventually for the PS4.

But I'm hoping for Rise of the Tomb Raider, Batman Telltale, Cosmic Star Heroine, Firewatch, Trails SC/3rd, Fallout 4, Cross Code and Borderlands:TPS.

I'll likely only get a few of those and the rest over the winter though.

It's good, couldn't quite get all the choices I wanted to play into the end, but still good.

I think 2 and 4 had better intro sequences, actually 4 was a really good ep after a slightly slower paced 3rd ep. 5 left me wanting more, but not sure what. Like I want both more Borderlands, but I also want more of this cast and BL games tend to refresh their playable crews.

I'm fairly confident in ranking what I've completed as such though:
