Yes Only her but not him Only him but not her No, even adults can be this childish View Results 18 y/o Ari Grossman is SUING his ex-girlfriend from high school after she fabricated RAPE allegations against him in order to deter him from attending the same college as her!! He's a freshman at Manhattan's Pace University and filed the suit against Kayla Torrey with making up the charges that resulted him in getting cuffed, shackled and detained for 12 hours!! He said it was a smear campaign to punish him after he ignored her warnings not to attend Pace.. They are from Malibu, California who dated in high school before splitting at 15 but enrolled at the same college together in ANOTHER STATE!! Ari got accepted into an acting program but Kalya's parents phoned his parents and demanded he drop out. When he refused that's when Kalya sprung the charges... When prosecutors declined to bring charges, she filed a temporary restraining order against him but a judge said the 2 have to settle their beef out of court and to keep a distance from each other.. But once they got to Pace, it only got worse as the 2 accused each other of STALKING and harassment as the complaints piled up on each other's claims and the school said it was getting out of hand.... Kalya filed 7 complaints against him on the FIRST WEEK alone and the admins said the 2 should CUT IT OUT Then in November Kalya filed another complaint and said he was stalking her in the food hall..it was that complaint that got him arrested but he was released after evidence showed no stalking Ari is also suing the university for having campus security arrange his arrest AND he's suing the NYPD. Julie Goldberg, his lawyer said "It's just been a horrible college experience for him. We feel at this point he is not being protected" Kalya's parents said the whole situation is just sad but doesn't agree with anything in the lawsuit and don't think it's appropriate to comment. Yes No View Results 88 y/o Bob Tallinger from Wisconsin, a Walmart Greeter was FIRED after he failed to stop a wild turkey from entering the store!! He was working when the turkey waltzed on in and failed to stop it He said "It starts and it goes back around and then it walks out.". The turkey was eventually caught by a Humane Animal Welfare society official He worked as a greeter at the store for 8 YEARS and received his termination notice last week as the supervisors said he should have alerted a manager to the bird's presence His wife, Jnet said "He never saw a book of rules that said if a wild turkey comes in here you better run and get management. Granted he's gotten older and granted he's lost a little memory but nevertheless that hasn't prevented him from being an excellent greeter" The turkey was unharmed and a Walmart spokesperson confirmed Bob's termination.. Yes No View Results 18 y/o Jared Dylan Smith from Louisiana was arrested for DISTURBING THE PEACE after swore in front of a 75 y/o elderly woman!! He was standing next to the 75 y/o when he yelled F*** and "clearly" disturbed her peace!! He was booked for his foul language and disorderly conduct and his bond was set at $200.... He DENIED the allegation and there were no other witnesses Louisiana law states disturbing the peace as "addressing any offensive, derisve or annoying words to any other person who is lawfully in ANY STREET or other public place. Or call him by an offensive or derisive name, or make any noise or exclamation in his presence and hearing with the intent to deride, or annoy him or to prevent him from pursuing his lawful business, occuptation or duty" If he is guilty he faces up 90 DAYS in JAIL and pay a fine of $100.. He was booked into Ouchita Correctional Centre and awaits sentencing.. Yes No View Results 19 y/o Riley Hancey from Utah, a Pneumonia patient was DENIED a life-saving transplant because he smoked MARIJUANA!! He became sick over Thanksgiving and was put on life support and was admitted to the hospital...the doctors said he needed a double lung transplant to survive but denied him because they found THC in his system!! His father, Mark was in the room when a doctor told his son he was going to DIE as Riley broke down in tears after he said "You will die. You better get your affairs in order. She was willing ot let him die over testing positive for marijuana. This is what shocked me" Mark said Riley doesn't usually do drugs but had some weed after thanksgiving dinner when he met up with an old friend. They were booked by police after suffering self-inflicted wounds when they had an HOUR LONG stand off with police and SWAT members. The grandparents were found dead in their home after police did a wellness check on midnight..it was immediately apparent that they were "murdered" according to the officer. View Results 16 y/o Jacquie Ross from North Carolina was asked by her Male friend if she would send him a NUDE photo of herself during a conversation she had with him while texting him...and instead adhering to his requests, she gave him the MIDDLE FINGER instead and kept putting on more clothes while he kept on BEGGING!! Her friend named "Michael" is on the PROM COMMITTEE with her and when she showed him that she was wearing a green mask, he asked to see it...but then he noticed she was wearing a bath towel and then asked if he could SEE MORE. When Michael kept noticing that she had more towels on, he kept on pining her to ask if he could see her bare breasts of which irked Jacquie and kept putting on MORE clothes to irritate him. She even joked that she put on 18 towels after a shower but Michael kept on on pushing her to "take it all off" but Jacquie continued to wrap herself with more towels.. Jacquie told buzznews that Michael was "sort of a friend" that she speaks to regularly but not in a flirtatous way.
