It was a bad movie, but I remember being entertained. I wasn't sober of course, and I felt that if they had gone in a slightly different direction it could have been great, but it's Terry Gilliam. Always a bit of mind fuck.

Yeah there's a lot of tutorial. There's a lot of moving parts in this game. A whole freaking lot.

There's a lot of reading and exposition in these games. It's not bad pacing, but it is more of a marathon experience than is typical these days. Just make yourself a drink and relax.

I generally buy used because I have a huge backlog of games I want to pick up. I buy new when I absolutely want to play it right away, and that happens once a year at most.

I don't have an opposite sex sibling, but from people I've talked to, the not finding them attractive thing is typical. However, it is noteworthy that they often end up with partners that resemble their sibling. Anecdotal, but without any real data that's all you get.

That makes me sad.

Just got to the third dungeon last night. Amazing game.

What difficulty are you playing on? It should be in my mailbox as we speak but I'm at work.

I've beaten 3 & 4 so I was considering just going straight for hard. I don't mind if it takes me all year to play it.

The cure to being stuck in a dead end job is finding yourself a side-hustle.

Not for the purpose of getting you out of the dead end job, but rather to just give yourself some other source of fulfillment, no matter how small.

A big part of why I stopped driving a manual was for a similar reason. I knew a guy in Memphis who was carjacked and it was a stick. The carjacker didn't know how to drive it, so he held the guy at gunpoint and made him drive. First to an ATM to get cash, then out somewhere to kill him. He barely got away with his life.

According to the cops he was shot "while fleeing" made it partway across the driveway and died.

Whether or not he was shot by the kitchen door or at the start of the driveway and where he was shot has not been made public

But the implication at present is in the driveway in the back. Otherwise what's the relevance of singling out the other 2 being shot instantly in the kitchen
