yeah, there's something about the anime style that makes it feel like a Tales battle system.

it's weird though because Xenogears is pretty clearly an anime style but doesn't feel cartoony in nearly the same way.

KD already has more all-NBA first teams than Dirk does (5-4). he's done better in MVP voting, has the same number of rings and has better career averages. Dirk has that legendary 2011 run to his credit and has a lot more respect points for carrying a team for a decade before leading them to a title.

I loooove Dirk, more than just about any other player in league history, but KD is just better.

In regards to the career averages, I think it's a bit unfair to say KD has higher ones because Dirk is older and has seen his body slow down, but still performs well. But while that is the case, age still does take its toll with some significance. I don't know what his averages are through the first 10 years of his career are but I'd say those would be more fair to compare to KD's current averages, if then KD were still higher by a good margin then I'd probably turn around on the issue.
I also think it's rather unfair to compare rings when this year happened. I know a ring's a ring but I can't help but feel some aspect of KD didn't earn his like Dirk did. You can say KD didn't get carried however you want but really all that happened was that every player on GS carried each other.
I just would like to see Durant do it for at least a few more years, even on GS, as was already said maybe 3 at least, before I can comfortably put him ahead of dirk. And yes I am biased against KD because of this year, just gonna be up front about it.

Nintendo probably just doubles down on their games this year. they already have three big ones - Splatoon, Xenoblade, Mario. Xenoblade probably slips to 2018 but that's okay. maybe they fill in the year with lighter titles and then have one big one for 2018, like a Metroid or whatever.

Life is Strange is entirely about Max (and about you, the player, of which Max is an agent), and coming to terms with the idea that so much of life is out of your control.

I'm with you in spirit. I think Rachel is an odd exception. seeing her personality is pretty interesting, I think.

plus, given that the ending with Rachel kind of has to be ambiguous, it won't be anything definitive like I think some might be fearing.

I do expect to see a world someday where the next xbox comes out and games point forward have the option of supporting just that platform and the x1x, leaving the old xb1 in the dust. it'll be similar to how Apple does it. I sure hope that happens anyway because they'll eventually be hamstrung trying to support old hardware.
