And the answer is that he's toe to toe with the best olympic weightlifters of all time while training casually in a home gym and doing a bunch of irrelevant-to-weightlifting stuff.

It's just insane that he has a 450lb bench when training bench makes you worse at weightlifting movements. I saw him do a 660lb sumo deadlift the very time he tried to do that movement. Guy is a 1 in a billion genetic freak.

(There's always an element of confirmation bias going on with the steroids argument. Ehen you lazer focus in on the top performers you can point to steroid use as a big contributor, but what you never learn about is the vast majority of people who take gear and you'd never know because their physique/strength is completely mediocre.)
