Does your monitor have adaptive refresh rate technology? If so you can cap it at any arbitrary number, if not I think you really want it to be either 100% of, 1/2 or 1/4 your refresh rate

People underrate Trump's political awareness just because he's stupid in most other regards. He was able to build a cult for a reason, and his previous choice of running mate was far more strategic than he's given credit for.

The idea behind picking Noem before was that she was a Trump loyalist with the public image of being a somewhat reasonable conservative. Unfortunately for Trump she killed that perception in order to sell a book, but he obviously notices how far her stock has dropped.
