KH1 adds a lot of unique heartless that function differently to regular heartless as well as a canon super boss, additional keyblades and more lore connecting games 1 & 2 KH2 fm adds so much of the above. If, however, incompetence were to be an intelligence based insult, that could be inferred to be potentially abusive and against ToS. Whatever, I do this for free and have had like 5 beers so far today, take that as you will. But thats where were at with this. Insults are against ToS. Saying someone isnt good at their job isnt. Website stock isn't always accurate to the actual stock -- in fact, it's often wrong due to things like theft, returns, or if the online inventory doesn't update automatically every time a sale is made during the day. Calling the store to ask if they have a game isn't "annoying the shit out of the employees", that's their job. They can also accurately tell you if a game is in stock by verifying it on the shelf, and in some cases they can hold it for you at the counter so you don't have to worry about somebody else showing up before you and snatching the last copy.
