After the first shipments of PS5s were sold out in stores, demand all but fell off. Even after stores started stocking them again sales never recovered because by then the hype died.

Well if there are enough units to meet demand there wont be any scalpers.

But that only covers the initial release anyway. At this point PS6 wont even have any initial release hype
