IDK, I dunno how it compare's to Jean's but Xianyun's burst is also an aoe attack centered on her, not to mention she's a catalyst and can trigger VV with autos if needed. Never really had an issue with it.

I'm on vacation and trying to keep up with the game via mobile and the game actually works pretty well on mobile, except when I have to fight Nineveh or Ballet Twins and then it becomes unplayable bullshit that I can't believe anyone would willingly subject themselves to.

Serpent Spine is probably decent but I would think it's not nearly as busted as it is for other characters because Dehya's passive means she's constantly taking damage and not getting full stacks

Meanwhile there's me who pulled TWO of her signature trying to get Cyno's weapon lol. One's attached to Gaming, I've been in the Glow domain farming artifacts for her and Childe all patch because I have nothing better to do right now. Not much to show for it yet though.

I mean yeah those are two of the strongest buffers in the game, and she needs strong buffs. Otherwise she doesn't have damage on her own to be a main dps. You can switch Kazuha for whatever anemo you prefer, free pick of Hydro or Cryo units, but Bennett is both a strong attack buffer and the only way to give her Pyro infusion.

Like idk, anyone can drive bloom teams or double hydro but that's kind of a meme and not Dehya doing the damage. Even with something like Xianyun plunge to use her big claymore damage, you'd want Bennett and probably Furina.

The Bell is probably unironically a good DPS weapon on her with her C1 but you could also just stick whatever 5* Claymore you may have on her

I could use this to get Jean, the only Standard character I don't have, but I already pulled for Xianyun and wouldn't actually use her. C4 Jean is supposedly really good WITH Xianyun but I'm a long way off from that. And I kind of want to start working towards C6 Tighnari.

Yeah Ive been buying the monthly sub and so far Ive been able to pull all 3 limited characters with just that plus whats in the game, and thats including losing the 50/50 on Ellen and going to pity 3 times.

Well 1.0 launch would have had way way more, like 200+ or something like that. So think of per patch income as roughly half of what we have until now.

I mean your only options besides her S-rank are that and Weeping Gemini, which are both craftable. And at S5 they're not much worse than her sig. WG is a bit better, especially in Disorder teams, as long as you are not running her with a stun unit. The only other A-rank is Piper's which is trash on her, and the battle pass one, which is inconsistent.

I straight up do not understand how to trigger manual chain attacks so I guess I won't be using that!

I'm more concerned about getting enough currency to get the S rank artifact chooser, since I'm realizing you don't get enough from doing just Notorious Hunts. Kind of a silly thing to be worried about I guess since you should only need extras if you're trying to go hard on endgame to begin with.

Here's a question, what are people doing about the timed Shiyu Defense endgame fights while stuck at level 50? Is it even worth trying to clear them without being able to S or A rank?

Almost all the comments in the reddit leak thread about her being an S rank were complaining about lack of male S-ranks, lol Feels like such a weird miss by mihoyo. Yes I have no doubt the waifus sell better, but a big part of their games' devoted core fandoms are husbando enjoyers. Does anyone have the issue on PC where even after closing the game, there's a background process running? As in, Epic Game Store still registers as me playing ZZZ and I have to go into task manager.

Grace has been kinda frustrating to build. There is not a universally good drive set for her. You would think the 4pc Electro set would be great, but it only works in Shock-only teams, since in a Disorder team you end up removing Shock. Likewise, the 4pc Anomaly bonus is useless in Shock teams (you have so much electro already) but very good in Disorder teams where you want to quickly alternate statuses.

So if you're like me and running Piper, or plan to get Jane Doe, you want the second set, but that one is much less efficient to farm than Electro which is with the amazing stunner set. Freedom Blues is with the Ether one, I think? which isn't great unless you also have Zhu Yuan.

That's pretty micromanagey, I'll probably just roll with a 2/2/2 or rainbow tbh

I'm farming the Phys/Atk one for Nekomata and Piper, the ATK set isn't great but it's at least a near universal 2pc option

oh and as for Soukaku, from what I've seen every support just wants Swing Jazz for energy and buffs

That said I agree with the criticism that it's not well put together as an actual game in that it's not symmetrical, it's unbalanced, etc. It would not work as a multiplayer experience the way TT can. But as a single-player minigame experience it's great. I would like to see them iterate QB into a PvP-friendly version, though it might just end up like Gwent and completely fall apart.

Staring to feel like disc farming in this game is somehow even worse than relics in HSR.

It probably feels that way because 6 slots from a domain compared to HSR's 4, plus the addition of a third flat stat slot, means you're getting a lot more junk or wrong slot options. I still think it's gonna end up more efficient than the Planar system at least.

And presumably the highest tier of farming allows a chance for 3-4 S-rank drops like in Genshin but who knows

Maybe it's just me but the lack of stuff to do at endgame feels really noticeable compared to other games. Technically I have a lot of the "hard mode" levels as well as probably some hidden missions to unlock but idk, all that is pretty samey at this point. At least it isn't too bad to get dailies done and dump energy.

Maybe that's part of why Hollow Zero is the way it is, I don't mind doing 2 runs a week but 5 times is crazy, that change can't come soon enough.

I had like no HP by the end of the run, though I got screwed by getting a corruption that reduces HP when you get resonia.

I also just need to level my drive disks now that I think about it, will probably help the survival issue. I'm way behind having done zero farming until 45.

Would also like to know that having just unlocked the IK45 Hollow. That boss is NOT fucking around. I only just now caught on to the strategy of taking agents you don't plan on using just for their sendoff buff, but idk what they all do. Anton's is very good (12% damage dealt and reduced), Anby's is solid (25% damage but also take that much more, offset by Anton at least), but it would be nice to have a list.

One thing is for sure is I will not be taking the HP reduction build in there again lol. Also the PS5 performance issues on full force on that boss, hard mode active

Also if you aren't running two Attack DPS teams you might not need two stunners yet. I assume most people going for Qingyi are looking to boost their Ellen + Zhu Yuan comps but if you're going to build around Jane Doe for instance, she probably wants another anomaly unit and to use Seth as a fake stunner to buff both of them

the mission just plain takes too long, and also the "solution" being to spam the one fight is actually very boring design! like what is the point of all the coin gating and galaxy brain doubling tiles if it just comes down to grinding, other than a waste of time?

Yeah I keep seeing people say how bad Amby is, and while I have no doubt the S-rank stunners are significantly better...you really gotta put effort into your stun units' builds. My Amby is pretty suboptimal (need to get her an S-rank Impact disk and switch her to Steam Oven), but investment makes a huge difference. Level talents too! Stun damage is a multiplier!

As usual I'd advise against spending money in general, but BP premium pass is only ever worth it if you want the resources or one of the exclusive weapons. Really bad value for extra pulls compared to the login bonus pass. And people seem pretty down on these BP weapons generally, besides the one and the attack one seem ok since it has crit.
