oh yes higurashi no naku koro ni kai VN beated
Each episode in Kai was awesome and I liked each more than the last. I was pretty surprised at how good 8 was. The minigame was awesome what are you people talking about. Was a much better way of revealing flashbacks than just showing them linearly would have been. Everyone was just great in 8 also. Everyone had multiple badass scenes with the best being Akasaka finally no selling using logic and listening to a little girl telling him his wife is going to die and then showing up to take on like ten dudes at once without even breaking a sweat. Favorite scene in the series is the end of 7 though with Takano shooting everyone in the face as they resolve to literally never give up. Alright having watched SAO 2
why was this hyped I mean it's not awful (I'd say like a 4/10 so far) but I dunno. It just feels so bland and has felt like a generic fantasy anime with MMO elements shoehorned in. Granted, they apparently covered an entire novel in this one episode but still. The pacing isn't really even the issue. There just doesn't seem to be anything at all to set it apart from any given shounen. Natsuyuki 2 - Eh, this wasn't as good as episode 1. Or maybe I just reacted more positively to this because anime like this is kind of rare. If I read the manga, I probably wouldn't have found it as special. But yeah, the main dude is still too bland and the ghost was just kind of obnoxious this episode.
E7 AO - back to being dumb already lol KoiChoco 2 - Didn't have anything as stupid and ridiculous as the scene in Ep 1 but otherwise, I actually liked the boring harem parts more than the boring harem parts in the first episode. Binbougami 2 - Don't really know what happened here but I thought that was a lot worse than ep 1. It wasn't terrible but I didn't laugh a single time. Hopefully it doesn't stay this way but I'll probably drop it if it does.

Anyway, I just watched Time of Eve. It was awesome. Had a really nice atmosphere in the cafe, was pretty heartwarming, and hilarious at times (literally the terminator.) Thought they did a really good job with the characters too, given how short it is. Jintai 2 - Really funny and much better than ep 1. It's still a little disappointing it's not starting from the beginning but I expect good things from it. Total Eclipse 2- Already posted about it but just want to stress again ****ING AWESOME. If it stays that good, it'll be one of my favorite shows of this year, if not more. It was that damn good. Also got me to read about 30 minutes of MLE today yikes. Rinne 1 - Was good and I'm not really sure where it's going. Joshiraku 1 - Kind of amusing but I feel it would probably be much better if I knew Japanese and knew anything about the culture other than cartoons. Also would be better if it was SHAFT. Man, I hate JC staff most of the time. Tari Tari 2 - Way better than ep 1, thought it was really sweet. Man, Hyouka 12. Who would have known an episode with no mystery could be so awesome. The atmosphere was totally different than normal but the school felt so alive and I laughed pretty hard several times. I could watch Chitanda get distracted by all things for days.

Alright guess I will do this before I watch any episode 2's
good stuff overall Natsuyuki - I think this will probably end up great. The romance and friendship seem like they'll be well done. Only problem I had was that they didn't really show you anything about the main character other than he likes this girl and works at a flower shop. But still, it's really nice to see a shoujo/josei romance anime like this in this day and age. Binbougami - Really funny. I just hope Ichiko stays a terrible person and they don't try to make her develop into a more well adjusted person. Sadly, I think this is going to happen Yuru Yuri - Maybe it's just a zea imo sequel boost but I think I liked this more than most episodes in S1. Uta Koi - Yeah it doesn't look that great but I thought both stories were sweet and I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the poems. I hope all of them don't just turn out to be ancient japan romance but it'll still be good even if they do. interesting Jinrui - It kind of sucks this apparently didn't start at the beginning of the series but it was definitely enjoyable. I really like the art and the world seems interesting. Hopefully it can be built well despite it starting late. Moyashimoe - oh yes looks like everyone's favorite trans maid is back for good new character designs still inferior though  kei not nearly hot enough anymore Tari Tari - Seems like this has a lot of potential. It being shorter than Hanasaku should help it keep focus. The main girl is badass. ah Total Eclipse - Hopefully the first episode is the most boringest. Sword Art Online - Even this gets as dumb as it seems like it could, I probably won't drop it. ow well KoiChoco - Pretty boring other than the first scene. I'm only still watching in hopes of more stuff like that. Naka Imo - Watching this with Maria made it kind of funny but I have a feeling we'll just get bored of it at some point. Hopefully swordz9 will stop freaking out about this being the worst thing ever at some point. Kokoro Connect - Really boring but maybe it just needs an episode to set things up. Hopefully future episodes will actually have attempts at jokes. was just thinking about dropping this Arcana Famiglia - Totally fogettable. Chitose Get You - How obnoxious and that's all I'm watching that's out.
