Pre-show: Del Rio and Estrada get ready (88); Slater/Cody d. Gabriel/Ryder via shenanigans (71); Sheamus promo (82)
-Were starting things off with the Raw Elimination Chamber! The entrants file in one by one....but Kofi is attacked on the entrance ramp! ANDY LEAVINE is SLIENTLY and RAGEFULLY cashing in Kofi! Hes allowed to take Kofis spot because why not. Rating: 73
Were down to Morrison, Leavine, and the now-entering Punk. Morrison recognizes that he and Leavine are exhausted, while Punks fresh as a daisy. He suggests working with Leavine again, but Leavine will have none of it. SILENT RAGE retreats to the corner as Morrison and Punk engage. Miraculously, Morrison gets the upper hand after a bit! Starship Pain! 1.....2.....LEAVINE BREAKS UP THE PIN! Morrison is very confused by this strategy, but all is revealed when Leavine takes off his shirt...to reveal an nWo shirt! :OOOOOOOOOO Now its Punks turn to look on again as Leavine roughs up Morrison. Leavine cant quite keep Morrison down, and comes close to getting DQd a couple of times....and Morrison rolls him up! 1....2....3!
.This is no Cinderella story, though. Punk immediately starts in on the exhausted Morrison, hits the GTS, and gets an academic pin. Punk is the new champion, the jerkface. Rating: 85
-The nWo rush the ring to support their boss! Its good times all around as Punk celebrates his win and formally inducts Leavine into the stable. Rating: 72
-Chavo and Orton realize they should probably work on fleshing out this feud, and cut quick promos on the way to the ring. Chavo goes into his whole PROVING MYSELF bit, which Orton laughs off, claiming Chavo has screwed with the wrong guy this time, and the consequences will be worse than another big loss. Rating: 91
-Match: Orton v. Chavo A clean fight, but an ugly one. Orton goes for the punt!....but Chavo was possuming, and gets the Amigos instead! Chavo gets a HUGE win. Rating: 76
why am I in charge of putting up this topic I don't even follow this
DA RULEZ:
1) You can save 1 character per account every 10 minutes. 2) A character needs 2 saves to go through to the next rounds. 3) Make your save clear or it won't count. 4) Last 2 unsaved characters will be eliminated 5) Do not edit or delete votes if you do that account will be banned. 6) If you get caught voting early that account will be banned. 7) If you cause a lawyering that account will be banned. 8) Topics can be put up by me, Superangelo or anyone else I ask to put them up. 9) This is like my 2nd Save my contest so I have no idea who actually ever votes in these things a.k.a I will turn a blind eye to rallying.
From: Jakyl25 | Posted: 6/11/2012 4:14:05 PM | #371 Or I guess they could say "Hey Jericho, I know that on Sunday you'll still have 6 days left on your suspension, but you've got some masks, right?"
CORAZON DE LEON I almost did this in my TEW game when Dante had a good chance of forcing Jericho to be an NXT rookie
I have no idea what GTM meant by "divers," so it's remotely possible he's supposed to be +2. Anyway, this was all over the place, with some upsets that threw almost everybody, some sleeper picks that didn't pan out, and 4 relatively easy bonus points up for grabs. CPU takes a sick bump off the top of the ladder, and Maniac swoops in from nowhere to claim first. War and Gr8 are definitely still in contention, and Football/GTM/CPU could probably still make a run of things as well, given the slightly inflated point values at stake in the Chambers. I feel like this is our most hotly contested prediction contest so far!
-I wouldve LIKED to resolve the Caras thing on PPV but honestly it didnt deserve a space and I want to move them on and get out of this stupid pre-fab storyline.
-I probably shouldve given the EC some more build this week OH WELL
NEWSWIRE
-Xplosion got 54 despite a strong showing from Shelley and Magnus.
-NWA got a pretty disappointing 40. Watts/Mack going over Scarceti and Goodtime in the ME did little to bolster a ho-hum show.
-FCW churned out another 46. Ratings will PROBABLY improve if Mahal drops the title and stops hogging the ME, but for now he has retained over ONeil and Shark Boy. Meanwhile, Finlay carried Cottonwood to a watchable match, and Ambrose/Low-Ki tore things up in the midcard.
-Zero1 have expressed interest in MVP, but he wants to stay with NJPW.
-Corino won a fatal four-way to cap off another solid (75) RoH taping.
-It appears Miz has let winning Wrestler of the Year for no reason get to his head.
I have no time right now to count but in the interests of moving this forward here is PREDICT IT! WWE Elimination Chamber 2012
WWE Title Elim Chamber (5): Del Rio (c) v. Morrison v. Jericho v. Kofi v. Ziggler v. Punk Divas Title: Beth (c) v. Melissa Orton v. Chavo Tag Titles: Harts (c) v. Cryme Tyme Bryan v. Christian Lion's Den: Shamrock v. Barrett Kane v. Cena WHC Elim Chamber (10): Sheamus (c) v. Taker v. Show v. Henry v. Truth v. Miz BONUS (3+3): One of those 12 EC entrants is gonna get taken out! For three points each, who is it, and who replaces them? NB: This means "Replacement" is a valid choice for the EC matches.
Pre-show: Mordecai d. Whitmer (58); Harts gonna win Sunday and tonight (75); Teddy claims it is natural he would team up with DA UNDATAKAH (80)
-Wade Barrett here, and hes in a rage! He wants Shamrock, and he wants him in a CAGE! Unfortunately I cant make sense of the next two lines to parody them, but yeah, Barrett appears to be getting a bit unhinged about this Shamrock Lions Den thing. Rating: 68
-Match: Ryder v. Barrett Barrett is a bit more frenzied than usual. Hes clearly trying to prove something to Shamrock, whos not even in the building tonight. The more offense Ryder gets, the more Barrett goes berserk, which eventually gets him the upper hand. Barrett goes for the Ankle Lock, of all things! Ryder escapes to the ropes, at which point Barrett starts bullying the ref. Ryder rolls him up! 123! Kinda fast count, but who can really blame Chioda for that? Rating: 63
-Ryder celebrates his win, but Barrett lays him out and beats on him for a while! Will this wild agression help or hurt when he steps into the Lions Den? Rating: 64
-Match: Gail v. Rosa Kinda meh match. Carlito comes down halfway through and spits apple in Gails face! Rosa thinks hes come to help, but she gets the same treatment! Rating: 50
-Carlito complains that he got bumped off the show for this, and maintains that he is about 20% cooler than the div- oh god please somebody talk me out of giving him a rainbow dash gimmick quick Rating: 73
-A hype package plays, hyping the epic saga of the Sin Caras. Its a four-minute spot that mostly consists of pointing. Rating: 58
-MASCARA CONTRA MASCARA: Cara v. Cara II They are putting on a veritable CLINIC of lucha and pointing! It appears that Sin Cara has the superior flippydoos, and he wins the day once and for all! Cara II unmasks and retreats in shame. Rating: 61
-Match: Zeke/Yoshi v. Haas/Dibiase The TAG TEAM SPECIALISTS get a win for the first time in a while. Poor Yoshi. :\ Rating: 62
-We are treated to a hilarious montage of DDP giving Khali yoga instruction. Rating: 60
-Match: Khali v. Young Well, either the yoga helped, or having Darren Young as an opponent helped. Either way, this is a squash. Rating: 48
-Everybody enters separately for the next match. Christian is the last out, but he announces that he doesnt feel like participating in another pointless match right before EC. Brodus Clay can handle things for him! Nobody seems particularly pleased by this act of weaseldom, but Christian dun care. He wants to do commentary. Rating: 79
-Match: Bryan/Orton v. Brodus/Chavo Christians exclusion definitely hurts the heel team here...or does it? A timely footgrab is all it takes for Chavo to get a leg up on Bryan, and the heels get the win shortly thereafter. Rating: 82
-Match: Sheamus/Taker/Show v. Miz/Truth/Henry THE GREATEST EC PREVIEW IN THE HISTORY OF OUR SPORT. The heels get a shockingly clean win as Teddy and Laurinitis squabble at ringside. Rating: 93
-The heels push their luck, though. Henry wanders off, but Awesome Truth and Laurinitis decide to have some fun with Teddy! Teddy gets pushed around and eats an Ace Crusher, but then Taker saves the day and cleans house. Rating: 76
Post-show: Rock wants a training partner and Husky wants an opportunity (84); Rock d. Husky (62)
Pre-show: Barrett and Daivari interrupt Primo (72); Edwards and Mordecai gonna show everybody why WWE style is better than the indies (39); Jericho d. Dylan Klein (70)
-Vince is out to announce that it's time for another elimination! As before, the elimination will be decided by a match between the two people on the cusp of elimination, but since he's introduced a greater element of the main roster, he's got a twist! It'll be a tag match, where both Rookies get to pick Superstars from the main, non-Pro roster to partner! Cap'n Petey takes his fellow Canadian Christian, while Woods has to think about it. Rating: 86
-Match: Primo v. Daivari Daivari doesn't take as much help from Barrett as usual, but he doesn't seem to need it. What he DOES need, though, is a thumb to the eye, but it gets the job done. Rating: 54
-Match: Cabana/Rollins v. Haas/Dibiase Pretty even and solid match, but the Tag Team Specialist Haas prevails. Rating: 56
-Dreamer shows up backstage and begs Woods to give him a chance! He still feels bad about ditching out on Woods, so he'll make it up to him tonight by keeping him on the show! Woods seems reluctant, but agrees. Rating: 56
-Match: Bourne and Whitmer v. Edwards and Mordecai Edwards and Mordecai, as usual, have a chip on their shoulder with indy kids. Bourne of course is on top of things, but eventually Whitmer has to come in, and he falls prey to the ROLLUP. Rating: 59
-La Parka still thinks Dutt should learn the art of the chairshot. Dutt is still too lawful for that. Rating: 38
-Elimination Match: Woods/Dreamer v. Williams/Christian Dreamer and Woods both fight well, but Christian is just too good. Williams picks up a rare win to stay alive! Rating: 65
-Match: Bryan v. Barrett This is billed as a farewell match for Bryan. (and Woods, who is licking his wounds at ringside) Mr. MitB doesn't disappoint, as he submits his fellow Pro. Rating: 76
Post-show: Bryan and Woods say goodbye (56); Show/Orton d. B-Boy/Stevens (49)
Overall: 66 lol angles Woods far overused, Stevens and B-Boy overused.
FROM THE BOOKERMAN
-It is looking less and less likely that I am going to be able to ever get NXT to show in the States- channels keep blocking any expansions I try to make, and there is one of them that won't let me drop them. Therefore, I'm probably going to progress NXT's angles a bit faster from here on, since there's no longer a reason to wait. It kinda sucks booking this knowing that only Australia will care. >_>
-Woods is going back to FCW. I was neither impressed nor unimpressed by his run, and had little for him to do. He has a decent chance of coming back.
-I'm really not sure how this Dylan Klein guy got on the roster. His profile lists him as an FCW guy, so my best guess is I somehow accidentally called him up. At any rate, he doesn't want to go back down, so he joins the swollen ranks of jobbers I wish I could've stuck in development instead. He looks kinda like Miz and Ryder had a baby, though, so he might have staying power just because I find his pic amusing.
-Seriously, this whole TV thing makes NXT a lot less fun for me. That's the only thing I don't like about TEW- the business and TV end of things is just a hassle, even when it goes well.
NEWSWIRE
-Impact landed a quite impressive 81. The card was solid throughout, but Sting/Joe was an excellent sub-ME that set the stage for Angle retaining over Storm and Styles in a barnburner.
A solid effort, Nee. A solid effort indeed. You've been a real hero of late! You brought back the HW title, and you carried that PPV! Bravo! It must have taken Herculean effort to defeat three world-class challengers in two matches on the same night!
...And that's why I can't ask you to keep on doing so. For your own safety, I am going to have to ask you to relinquish that title back to COMBAT where it belongs. You've done so much for me already, I can't ask any more! IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII- am the [UCA], and I care about you!
....And that's why I am very excited to announce a very special opportunity for COMBAT! You know how the KotB bracket is made up of people who have never been champ? Well, that sucks for the big guys, right? Over the next three weeks, we'll have our own tournament on COMBAT for former UCA/HW champs, and after the finals at the PPV, we'll have our next HW Champion!

From: YetAnothrShadow | Posted: 6/10/2012 7:14:53 PM | #129 MLP fans literally and sincerely consider mlp a part of their life they can't live without. And don't try and say " well I've met a few fans who consider it blah blah " cause they don't and any who do are in the minority. I was unaware I was that into this show
Maybe we just frequent different parts of the internet then. The only time I've seen ponies causing issues online is comment wars on youtube, which are 9/10 times started by somebody hating on a pony video.

I will admit doodle or die was a big thing in my mind when I made that post. I've not seen ponies commandeer a site in that matter.
I also distinctly remember a guy on NEStalgia annoying everybody in chat with a Vriska typing gimmick for quite some time even though I was clearly the only one who recognized it. He kept pushing homestuck and it pissed everybody off.
