This is one of the biggest things about MM, it's so much more intimate than any other zelda game. The NPCs have a realness about them that you don't even see in games today, it was actually sad to see these peoples world about to end. Then they turned around and made TP half a decade later which goes out of its way to make you feel detached and have zero reason to give a **** what happens to the denizens of hyrule, how did that come from the same people ugh

Until this topic I've never heard of Miku really being used in a western setting soooo...considering Toyota is targeting the otaku audience here, it makes sense they'd do that seeing as they usually know characters as such and only watched subbed anime etc

For this same company to now fall off is just unreal. Unbelievable even. Such consistency rarely falls off on this level. Zelda has had a couple of slip ups but always rebounds. Same with Mario. But for some reason Final Fantasy has spent the past 10 years undoing a decade of brilliance.

People on this board are always defensive of this and try to act like he never had anything to do with the games, but I'm just going to throw it out there that the series creator did leave at that exact moment and then suddenly they couldn't make good games anymore.

I never said all Texans, are you capable of debating without misrepresenting your opponents words? It's too common these days, everyone would rather dodge the issue than risk losing face...on the internet no less, sad.

Aside from the mountain of anecdotal evidence that you'd no doubt deny, there are obvious documentations of regional opinion in voting patterns. Who voted against gay marriage? Who voted for Bush? Who most strongly supported the war? Who has been most anti immigration? Who thinks creationism should be taught in schools? Who is most pro life? It goes on and on, you go across the board and that region of the country is regressive in almost every category.

Doesn't necessarily mean they're making an announcement via IGN, just that if there is an announcement, IGN got the story before anyone else did

I am aware that it could be bad news too, but I'd rather get the bad news quickly rather than silence. If the game isn't localized, I'll just hack my Wii so I can play the PAL version.
