Both the philosopher and the Lost character.

This, but I think of the Lost character first and then remember he's named after the philosopher.

What is there even to spoil in SMG? The princess gets kidnapped and you have to rescue her from Bowser certainly doesn't count. That leaves the existence of Rosalina, I guess? Which means absolutely nothing and you meet her 10 minutes in.

If you're going to get a gun, get a concealed weapons permit. The rules and restrictions you have to follow without it are ridiculous, and you will inevitably break the law without realizing it.

Semi-conflicting answers, so a few more Urza questions:

Can mere mortals more or less recognize how powerful he is just on sight? If I understand correctly this would be a yes, but just checking.

Also, what are the odds he can be engaged in any kind of conversation for any period of time? Whether attacked first or not.

Urza question.

How much would he actually interact with his opponent? Specifically, if Ocelot happened to shoot his eye in the first place, would he brag that his weakpoint can't be hit so easily?

DC, let's be serious. There's a rule against precisely this kind of crap that got implemented two matches ago. I respect Ocelot's skills, but he does NOT get crossuniverse knowledge (maybe on the X-Men, but that's it).

Whoops, a bit late on that one.

So yeah, just to clarify: If Ocelot discovers Urza's weakpoint, he can probably do this. The question is if he will, which is much more doubtful because Urza will have the advantage of distance and ridiculous amounts of firepower on his side. Having power is all well and good, but he has to actually make that power work for him.

You're forgetting the part where it turns out that LDoFH Revolver Ocelot actually knows everything about everyone in advance. See comic 300 I believe (which contains major MGS spoilers).

If I am to understand that Urza has a weakpoint that in any way can be theoretically damaged by a bullet (even if it's impossible to actually shoot), LDoFH Revolver Ocelot has this easily.

I'm actually kind of surprised he was let in. He is basically toonforce.

Actually, during any inclement weather cops are too busy dealing with actual accidents. They get wet all the time.

In fairness, if this was the only thing he ever complained about and he wasn't so pointlessly condescending about it, I'd be right there with him on this one. Also, the claim that this the majority of weather-related incidents is also completely pulled out of nowhere, and certainly isn't a leading cause of major accidents compared to the obvious actual loss of control.

It's Sony's fault that people are too lazy to read the EULA WHY exactly?

Ignoring the fact that I highly doubt you read every word of every EULA update yourself (plus whatever other services you have with frequent updates), my email just came 5am this morning. Anybody who had a year long PS+ subscription before any of this even happened potentially had an update with no notification whatsoever.

That alone is probably enough to invalidate the whole thing.

Is anyone here actually planning on filing a class-action lawsuit against Sony anytime soon?

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. Not defending this kind of douche-baggery, but if you legitimately thought this was worth suing over, why are you still even using the PSN?

And I can totally see this getting overruled for one reason: PS+ has automatic updates. Don't know what the other case of this was, but I doubt they had anything like that going on.

Remember when the Game Gear was trashed for its short battery life? I'm pretty sure it lasted more than 3 hours.

A) Early models had a 3 hour battery life. Later models went to 4 hours.
B) These were AAs, not built-in rechargeable batteries, that were in question.

The only thing it is acceptable to grind for is abilities. At least before you hit end/post-game.

I love abusing the Invisible Behemoth to teach everyone every magic with no actual level gains at the end of the WoB in FF6.
