I hope Leona is good. There's a shortage of good tank players, and if she's good, that would help mitigate it. I know I have no right to complain since two of my three main characters are Ashe and MF, but it doesn't help that everyone seems to want to play the ranged carry.

Well, why include Marduk? He's like the most random, forgettable character in the series. The only thing notable about him is that he's supposed to be Australian but has an American accent.

I've been wanting to try out Shen forever, this is perfect for me. Ashe is a standard rotation character, no surprise there.

But the rest... man, this is going to suck.

Zazi plays Sona, Janna, Soraka, and Malphite.

Those are the champs I own that I feel most comfortable playing as. I want to learn a champ that can be a reliable source of damage, preferably AP, though. I think my last hitting has gone from horrendous to only sub par, so I'm taking steps towards being able go do that if ever needed, I like to think. I just need more versatility in play style so that people who play with me are more free to do whatever they want and I can feel the remaining needed roles.

Why not pick up Taric and complete the main support characters?

Team fights? AOE Damage Buff....AOE Attack....ridiculous stun.


I only post this because we were discussing Katarina and I just made her useless. She would ult, I would stun, team would rape her. She left her lane 4 and 1. She finished the game 5 and 5.

I'm glad you like Taric, though I didn't. I much prefer Sona for support purposes.

Recurve Bow is cheaper and will build into other stuff. So it comes down to whether you're getting your money's worth from that 10% CDR.

Katarina is a ton of fun to play, but I'm absolutely terrible with her. I've been trying her out in bot games, and I get destroyed. Part of this could be because I like to use Shunpo for hitting and running, and bots can flip their attention and throw out their moves with no pause, but either way, I don't get it done with her. It's a pity.

I've heard only bad things about Katarina, though I can't say anything firsthand. I've only used her once.

I've been trying out weird items on my characters, how is this? I've been experimenting with Stinger for AD carries. Now I know it's technically an AP item, but it doesn't have any AP on it until it upgrades, so you just don't upgrade it and it's fine.

It's only 1140 gold all together, and builds off of daggers, which you might get anyway. It's 15% less attack speed than a PD for less than half the gold, and you get a nice cooldown reduction.

I've been trying it out when I need some AS but can't afford a PD, and so far it's been fine for me. Is this a good idea to keep using? Or am I overlooking something obvious?

I can't really imagine a fight against Misty will be at all interesting after the fight against Reed, but I'm hoping I'm wrong! Maybe Doom tries to take it easy on Starmie because it's his favorite pokemon and that creates problems for him or something.

I can't wait for Erika, though. "You dare to challenge Doom with a Tangela?"

I know this is a horrible thing to ask, but what do you when your stupid teammates fed Heimerdinger? I was midding as MF against an Ashe and actually doing really well (I never killed her, but I did force her back to base several times and constantly last hit denied her), and the bottom lane of Rammus/Warwick was doing okay (Rammus was godly, but Warwick sucked), but the top lane lost its turret in under eight minutes and they died to Heimerdinger twelve times before the turret died. By the time we surrendered, Heimer was at 20-0-10.

For the rest of the game, Rammus and I tried to pick up the slack, but Heimerdinger was just invincible, and all we could do was defend turrets from the others. Even our 4v1 attempted ganks on him ended in failure as he'd just escape.

I just had the most unpleasant game ever against a Tyrdamere, Sivir, Twisted Fate, Gragas, and Amumu. Backdooring everywhere, and worse, I had a team that just could not get it together. Our Shen couldn't tank and our LeBlanc kept trying to run ahead of everyone else.
