Red states will absolutely put him on the ballot again. Blue states will keep him off the ballot. Supreme Court at best does jack shit and at worst tells blue states to add Trump to the ballot.

They just made a ruling that would force him back on, even if per the Cons. he shouldn't even be eligible to run again (at the very least should never be seated so it would be nonsensical to allow him on the ballot).

That's actually very similar to the ruling I was talking about so quite feasible with these fascists on the court, 2 of which are explicitly helping Trump in everything he wants with 0 shame.

No, Trump has multiple times looked for justifications on why his previous presidency shouldn't count towards the 2 and he deserves a 3rd.

Dude wants to be a dictator on day 1 (his words) and he's an anti-democracy fascist. He's not willingly leaving if he gets back in, he doesn't leave that as any great mystery. He didn't even leave peacefully in 2020.
