She did bail, but that doesn't mean her reason wasn't legit.
The food here is terrible. My steak was so tough it attacked my coffee and the coffee was too weak to defend itself.

Yep, she bailed. But whether her reason is legitimate or not is irrelevant. If she's still interested, then the date will be rescheduled, no problem. If not, just chock it up as a loss and move on.

I do agree with the others though, that your responses feel really cold. Like damn dude, are you nervous?
