It's a false equivalence of prosecution witnesses not getting in trouble when Trump does. Much like he did with Judge Beryl Howell in the defamation case Rudy Giuliani is once again trying to play his games and not comply with a federal judge, this one being a bankruptcy court judge.
He is not meeting deadlines or the requirements of his bankruptcy which includes selling his apartment in New York and his condo in Florida. He likely got intentionally fired from his radio show in an effort to stop Freeman and Moss from getting that money. He also continues to defame Freeman and Moss. Thus far the judge has banned him from being able to appeal the defamation verdict.
My guess is the judge will eventually convert the bankruptcy to a chapter 7 which would mean all his assets are seized and sold. Even after that happens any income he makes such as the money from his podcasts and his various pensions would be subject to garnishment.
