I think they're called drumettes. I don't know the spelling.

I prefer flats. More skin, my favorite part. Meat on the drums is often dry and hard too.

Flats

Still voted nuggets tho

One time I found a piece of chicken bone stuck in my gums. It was in very deep and idk how long it was there. Logged in pretty tight.. reg floss didn't work.. that area just felt off with my tongue so decided to investigate .

Never eating boned chicken again

Damn, I guess you really do learn something new every day. I've never heard of chicken flats.

Both are great, but flats are the greatest.

Flats grill more evenly and that's how we usually cook up wings. I like em both but if I had to choose a batch of just one to buy I'd get flats.
