Thats gotta be Rudy Giuliani

Yeah, this one is painfully obvious. Oh, I bet the chuds are going to bitch and wail that WaPo leaked court information, except that (as evidenced by the screenshot example) there aren't many dots to connect. All you have to do is a rudimentary Google search for someone accused of/guilty of what the redacted indictments describe.

The Raichik Chaya/LibsOfTiktok "doxxing" is one thing, but this is all currently-available-to-the-public information that does not include any personal info.

One of the most beautiful things I've ever read.
If the Gateway Pundit was actual journalism, it'd be sad, however propaganda belongs in the trash.

It's basically Infowars Jr, but in the sole catgegory of outrage porn. I'd swear, every single article I've seen chuds excerpt looks like it was written for the sole purpose of pissing chud readers off.

I'm sure Trump will happily pay his legal fees for him.

That's obvious sarcasm. Trump doesn't even pay his own attorneys; there's zero chance he'll pay someone else's.

He's paying all of his current attorneys for a while now. It's costing him millions. Getting control of the RNC was so he could use their money(what little they have) to pay for his many cases.

I believe this is Justice Sotomayor asking if the president would be able to have the military assassinate someone he or she deems to be corrupt. Trump's lawyer saying it depends on the context.

It's really absurd that this is even happening.

Justice Barrett brings up a good point. The special counsel's brief brings up the fact that Trump engaged in private acts sufficient to charge even if the court rules that some of his acts were official acts. Trump's lawyer concedes that private acts can be charged. Barrett went through some of the alleged conduct in the indictment and Trump's lawyer agreed that they were private acts.

This isn't going well for Trump. Which shouldn't be a surprise, given the absurdity of this appeal, but... The fact that we're even here at SCOTUS arguing about this bullshit is nuts, and makes me uneasy.
https://i.imgtc.com/d9Fc4Qq.gif https://i.imgtc.com/BKHTxYq.gif
https://i.imgtc.com/vYYIuDx.jpg
When Trump was pressuring state officials on various phone calls, it was his own private lawyers on the calls and not white house lawyers. Hard to make the case that those were official acts when he was literally using private lawyers in the effort.

I'm getting the sense that the justices are bringing up absurd hypotheticals and expecting Trump's lawyer to give a sensible answer and they aren't getting any sensible answers.

I don't think there is much fear of them saying a President has total immunity, I'm more concerned that they are willing to find a narrow ruling that says he is immune in all these instance. The old, we're not saying you are totally immune, but all this was fine.
Justice Jackson now countering Sauer's ridiculous interpretation of the Fitzgerald case in this regard
https://i.imgtc.com/d9Fc4Qq.gif https://i.imgtc.com/BKHTxYq.gif
https://i.imgtc.com/vYYIuDx.jpg
Justice Jackson says we would have the opposite problem if the president wasn't chilled. The most powerful person in the world would be unrestrained if there wasn't a threat of criminal liability and it would essentially give the opportunity to turn the seat of the presidency into a crime center (paraphrasing).

Rage is a hell of an anesthetic.
Honestly, I feel like the SCOTUS will ultimately rule against Trump in this instance. Even on its face, the argument is absolutely absurd and there's not a single convincing argument (even in bad-faith) for presidential immunity.

The problem is that they should have just let the lower court's ruling stand. The only reason they took this case at all is to help Trump delay the trial.
I have nothing else to say
