I have a child. If my wife and I were younger when we had him, we would have liked to. He's 3 later this year and we are both 46 this year.

He has plenty of cousins though. A new one was just delivered Tuesday.

We have one and after much deliberation weve decided to wait until shes walking, talking and potty trained before we discuss having another. We only want one baby at a time.

Yeah, we have one as well and she just turned 2 last month. We've pretty much always agreed on just one, but I wouldn't mind a second to be honest. But these early years are just difficult and I find it hard to imagine having to deal with 2 toddlers. If we were to have a second, it would have to be a situation where we've moved closer to family or one of us can essentially be a stay at home parent.

I'm also really really scared about medical issues to be honest. The whole 9 months I really just feared there being a health issue for either my wife or the kid.

My wife was 1 of 8 kids growing up, with her being the oldest girl. So she had to deal with taking care of younger siblings her whole life and she definitely doesn't want a big family now.

Well, I wanted 2 or 3. My ex wife wanted 3 or 4. So I thought that meant 3. After that, she pretty much coerced me into having a 4th. Hard to be upset now, because I love all of them, but it was pretty shitty.

Og girldad here. We have 2 daughters and I wish we had 1 more. Our girls grew up to be such good people, I really look forward to our Sunday dinners every week.

I have two and it's enough. Our second was born with a heart disorder and it has been tough. Don't wanna risk another kid having health issues. Kids are hard enough healthy. I also got snipped.

Yeah my wife hated pregnancy and that's the main reason we wouldn't have any more. And actually found labor really easy, but those 9 months just killed her
