Yeah, we have one as well and she just turned 2 last month. We've pretty much always agreed on just one, but I wouldn't mind a second to be honest. But these early years are just difficult and I find it hard to imagine having to deal with 2 toddlers. If we were to have a second, it would have to be a situation where we've moved closer to family or one of us can essentially be a stay at home parent.
I'm also really really scared about medical issues to be honest. The whole 9 months I really just feared there being a health issue for either my wife or the kid.
My wife was 1 of 8 kids growing up, with her being the oldest girl. So she had to deal with taking care of younger siblings her whole life and she definitely doesn't want a big family now.
