Summary of events starts on page 7. The plaintiff, Rod Jones, says he has hundreds of hours of footage and audio recordings of Diddy (Sean Combs), his staff, and guests engaging in serious illegal activity. He says he has irrefutable evidence of:
  • Acquisition, use, and distribution of ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and mushrooms
  • The displaying and distribution of unregistered illegal firearms
  • Sean Combs providing laced alcoholic beverages to minors and sex workers at his homes in California, New York, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Florida
  • Sean Combs' chief of staff Kristina Khorram instructing her staff to get drugs so she can give them to Diddy for his consumption
  • Christian Combs (Sean Combs' son) drugging and sexually assaulting a woman
  • Sean Combs detailing how he planned to leverage his relationship with Bishop T.D. Jakes to soften the impact on his public image of Cassie Ventura's lawsuit
  • Yung Miami's cousin and/or assistant sexually assaulting Rod Jones
  • Cuba Gooding Jr. sexually harassing and assaulting Rod Jones
  • Rapper 3 (redacted) on Sean Combs' yacht consorting with underaged girls and sex workers
  • R&B Singer 4 (redacted) in Sean Combs' Los Angeles home consorting with underaged girls and sex workers
  • Accuses Sean Combs and his son of murdering someone. Rod Jones says he witnessed a heated argument between him and the victim, saw them go into a bathroom, heard gunshots, and provided aid to the victim. Says Sean Combs told him to lie to the cops about his involvement. Says he still has the clothing he wore that day that may still have blood stains and DNA of the victim. Has pictures of the aftermath in the bathroom.
  • Says Sean Combs sexually harassed and assaulted Rod Jones
  • Says he told Sean Combs' chief of staff, Kristina Khorram and her response was "You know, Sean will be Sean."
  • Says Sean Combs tried to groom Rod Jones into engaging in sex
  • Accuses Sean Combs of sex trafficking and drugging women
  • Accuses Sean Combs of forcing Rod Jones to engage in sex trafficking


There's so much more, holy shit. RICO, mail fraud, wire fraud... If this stuff stands up in court, Diddy, Cuba Gooding Jr. and a few others may be facing criminal charges as well.
