This is really fucked up. What really bothers me is if this guy had all this photographic evidence, why did he wait so long to do anything with it? Unless it was all recorded on a single night like a week ago. Just makes me think everybody is a piece of shit all around, like he was OK with what was going on until it somehow affected him.
And why is this a civil lawsuit and not an announcement from the D.A.?
