I have Cloud, Tifa, and Barret at Lv63 right now. Is this a good level, or should I try to get to Lv70 or something?

Not really much of a difference between your characters being in their 60s or 70s.
Health and damage cap at 9999 regardless and you're still susceptible to 1 hit kills by northern crater enemies. I guess your ATB bar fills quicker but towards end game, your gear is more important than your level.

E.g., one is either diligent about preventing the worst status effects, or learns to be diligent the hard way.

As far as my gear goes...

Cloud = Ragnarok / Fourth Bracelet (STR = 98 / DEX = 53 / VIT = 83 / MAG = 162 / SPI = 124 / LCK = 28) (ATK = 195, 105% / DEF = 157, 16% / MAG ATK = 162 / MAG DEF = 224, 3%)
Tifa = God's Hand / Imperial Guard (STR = 73 / DEX = 61 / VIT = 80 / MAG = 114 / SPI = 82 / LCK = 27) (ATK = 159, 255%, DEF = 162, 15% / MAG ATK = 114 / MAG DEF = 156, 0%)
Barret = Missing Score / Mystile (STR = 81 / DEX = 45 / VIT = 88 / MAG = 192 / SPI = 83 / LCK = 25) (ATK = 179, 108% / DEF = 153, 61% / MAG ATK = 192 / MAG DEF = 155, 60%)

I honestly have no clue with those % stats means or what they're supposed to indicate.

Tifa has her Lv4 Limit Break, the boys only their Lv3s.
Got Ramuh, Shiva, Ifrit, Phoenix, Hades, Bahamut, Bahamut Zero, Neo Bahamut.
Cloud has a Mega All and Counter Attack.
Got some Curagas and Regen, and Ultima, Comet2, Haste, Life2. I'm guessing Sense won't work on the final boss, but I have it.

I think the lowest Ive done it is low 40s and it wasnt too bad. You should be fine.

Since you can raise your hp/mp with materia, the level requirements are pretty low.

Yeah, I noticed Cloud's MP was at 999, and I guess it can't go higher than that.

Okay, I have no clue what's going on in the Bizarro Sephiroth fight.

It says to switch parties when a part dies, and I keep killing Head Portion (B) over and over again while switching parties every time, but it's still always there when I switch parties and I kill it again. It keeps using Bizarro Energy or some such to heal itself, and I can't seem to aim at its arms even though the wiki says they need to be taken out.

Tbh I never once figured out what you're supposed to do in that fight and just nuked him with KotR every time. Even as a kid I always saw it as a piss-poor, last minute attempt to shoehorn in FF6's multi-party mechanic, so I never cared enough about the fight to put in the effort when KotR was an easy out.
Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read.

If you have kotr it doesn't matter what level you are because it one shots him and everything else along the way that might give you trouble.

You don't need to switch parties against Bizarro Sephiroth. Just keep attacking the main body till it dies. The body parts will have different HP values for each party. Whatever damage you do to the head for example won't carry over to another party. It goes back to the base value if that particular party didn't do any damage to it yet.

I never thought about it in terms of levels. If you can beat the spoilers boss right before the North cave, and you make sure to grab Omnislash and the ultimate weapons for your chosen party, you should be fine.

Don't switch parties in this fight. I dunno if they messed up or if there's just more to it than it looks like but I've never managed to beat him by switching. Just stay with your main party and he'll go down.
