I've wanted to get one and look up a guide on how to use it effectively, because I know it's possible.
Just can't be bothered to try. Debit works.

Swipe card. Pay off before due date. Literally easier and safer than debit FFS

i never wanted one, so I didn't get one when it was easy. now that I could really use one, my banks won't approve me.

the older you get without having a line of credit the harder it gets

really? i've never heard this, so if you're like 35 with no credit then no place will approve you?

no, you should be able to get some crappy one. something with a very low limit and high APR

you should still get one dude under those circumstances, just pay it off all the time and your credit limit may slowly go up
wow seems like everybody has a debit card, probably more popular than credit cards these days
I wish i hadnt been told by every single person about how bad credit cards were growing up and got one earlier.
