Are you under the care of a doctor? That isn't really a healthy weight loss amount. You should really only be trying to lose 2 lbs per week. You can have larger loss if you're more overweight but 250 isn't that level.my doctor said it was fine with the amount of calories im eating daily and that its just the effects of ketosis.

Its is very possible. Its also extremely hard on your body. I lost about 50 pounds in a span of just a few months once by basically starving myself. I've now gained it all back plus some though.That's why the goal is to not fall back into old habits too hard for too long.
