I have reached my goal weight of 175lb after two months of going crazy.

Poll of the Day

Poll of the Day » I have reached my goal weight of 175lb after two months of going crazy.
Started February 1st at 230lb.

A lot of that was just water weight, so within a week or two I was already at 210lb.

My body was in full ketosis for most of this time, as I mostly ate beef, fish, chicken, and cheese.

I feel so hot.

last time I posted a pic, people roasted me for weeks on end.
Are you under the care of a doctor? That isn't really a healthy weight loss amount. You should really only be trying to lose 2 lbs per week. You can have larger loss if you're more overweight but 250 isn't that level.

You can if you cut out all the shitty foods filled with preservatives and sugar.

On the sugarfree subreddit, I've seen people post about how they would lose so much weight in such a short amount of time.

I once saw someone post about how he/she lost 120 lbs in just 3 months.

haha ketosis

Its is very possible. Its also extremely hard on your body. I lost about 50 pounds in a span of just a few months once by basically starving myself. I've now gained it all back plus some though.

That's why the goal is to not fall back into old habits too hard for too long.
I've lost about 80 lbs in the past 4 months. Not as fast as my previous weight loss of 110 lbs in 4 months that obviously didn't last long. I'm eating much healthier this time and focusing on getting everything my body needs rather than restricting calories.

You won't regret doing so, but be mindful that when you go Sugar and Carbohydrate free, within a day or two you'll have really bad depression and diarrhea because your body is going through withdrawal symptom, and you'll have massive cravings on top of that as well.

If you want more information, either go on the internet, youtube, or the sugarfree subreddit on reddit.
