Walking Dead Showrunner is FIRED and will be Replaced by an ASIAN Woman!!!

Fans have been long asking for the FIRING of showrunner Scott Gimple after he killed off several beloved main characters, including the shocking exit of a main character who recently took a dig at the show writing "Walking Dead only has a few seasons left" and his father called the producers TRASH for his son's firing..

The show was renewed for a 9th season as Walking Dead Writer Angela Kang will takeover and Scott will now be Chief Content Officer.

Angela was promoted as AMC Boss Charlie Collier said her contribution tot the show has been significant and say she will lead the show to a new direction.

Ratings have been declining since Gimple took over from Glen Mazzara and from original showrunner Frank Darabont..

Fans have been furious over the firing of several beloved characters and will now be relieved that Gimple will no longer run the show but the damage may have been done as character exits will still follow through to the end of the season and no doubt Angela will have a tough road ahead to steer the show to a new direction that is accepted by fans and to stop the hemmoraging of ratings.

I stopped watching the show because it was sucking hard for at least 3 seasons straight. Hopefully the new showrunner can redeem it.

I stopped watching half-way through the last season, and I just don't really care anymore with how stupid the writing got. Same goes for the comic, it's really dumb now. With my wife gone, I double don't care anymore, and will probably never watch it again.

Was he killign them off for petty reasons or was he actually TRYING to make a good story?
Sometimes fans are their own worst enemies when it comes to character's leaving shows.

He wasn't fired, he was promoted to oversee all Walking Dead television content. He's basically the new showrunners boss now.

I think fan were crying or something. Also, I believe there was a shirt that was made that said they would stop watching the show of that character died. Haha. I think the shirt was pretty popular, too. But, yeah. Apparently, a lot of people were mad or whatever...

Really stupid topic.

People die in the show, that's a given. Lots more will die at some point too, loved or not. The most recent one was NOT that beloved and they aren't even gone quite yet. It wasn't random either, it's been on record that person will still have a huge impact in the show before and after they are gone.
