Depends on which platform you prefer. While I have both, I'd rather get it for PC since I don't plan on renewing my PS+ for online play. Plus, anything on PC is moddable. And I'm always on my computer anyway.

Wait for reviews if youre getting it on PC because PC users usually get shafted on certain games, especially fighting games.

I'm getting it for PS4 due to playing local versus with friends.

It's a slightly more of a hassle to set that kind of stuff up on PC imo.

I'd still recommend PS4. That being said, I would recommend you try online play. You'll get better. I use to feel the same way, too.

Fighting games will always have the biggest online community on PS4.

Edit... Well, still, get it on PS4 in case you change your mind. Chances are it'll be safer too, as that seems to be the lead platform these days for console game makers. PC ports are a mixed bag.
