I didn't drink anything but will probably go out for a few sometime this week when it's less busy. Still I don't really get hangovers. Probably because I keep hydrated.

IIRC dehydration isn't the main cause of hangovers. It has to do with inflammation. Supposedly taking an Ibuprofen before going to sleep helps prevent or mitigate a hangover.

You are both right, and wrong. There are more than 20 factors in an alcohol related "hangover."

Dehydration is one of them. Damage of stomach lining is one of them. Accute alcohol withdrawal is one of them. Impurities in alcohol is one of them. Your liver being overloaded with more alcohol than it can process is one of them (and the resulting byproduct of the liver's filtration.) There's more, also.

No, but I slept on a My Pillow last night for the first time and woke up more tired than usual and with a headache. At least I'm off today; I don't think I'll be sleeping on that pillow again tonight.

No because I don't drink alcohol anymore.
I felt like I was watching a dream I'd never wake up from...hmp. Before I knew it, the dream was all over.

I did drink a bit this holiday... no hangovers but it still kind of makes me feel crappy.

Can't wait till weed is legalized so I can enjoy it without being ostracized!

Drank about 4 IPA beers. Got a good buzz going last night for about an hour or twom slept like a cat.

Not hungover today. Went to the gym as usual after my drinking day and body feels great. I think working out offsets the alcohol. Metabolizes faster. Working out is breaking your body down and making it stronger allowing it to endure more crap

nah. I drank but not as much as the night before. to me holidays are just an excuse to drink, and I don't need an excuse I drink when I damn well please. I was really hungover the day before though lol.

didn't even really celebrate new years as in watching a countdown or anything. think I was watching evil dead army of darkness when it hit midnight.
