Christian Man DEFACES George Michael Mural after Gay Marriage WINS in Australia

23 y/o Heavily Tattooed Christian Jerk, Ben Gittany is facing charges after he DEFACED a George Michael Mural in australia after the Gay Vote was 60%+ in favour..but 13,000 Christians have signed a petition to SUPPORT Ben for defacing it!!

They are a part of the group "Christian Lives Matter" as onlookers saw him defacing the mural of Gay Music Icon, George Michael in Sydney as he was heard screaming "sacrilegious" and that he was "defending his religion"

His supporter, Paul Bennett started a "change.org" petition called "I Stand With Ben" and asking other religious minded people to show solidarity

It says "As Christian mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters we are deeply hurt and alarmed the increasing public of displays of hate, vilification and mocking of our Christian Fath. There is no tolerance and love in seeing our religious inconography, religious images and religious symbols attacked for no other reason than pure spite and hate"

He called on the street of Michael that was depicted as a Jesus figure to be HOSTILE in nature and said they were advocating hate for Christianity. He said Christians will no longer be changed by "progressives" and that Gay people will NEVER be accepted unless they repent their sin. Paul says they will no longer let gay people be seen as "normalized" in society and they will deface anything that insults their religion.

Hundreds of Christian Whackos were seen painting over the image and defacing it with black paint and PRAYED afterwards. Christian Lives Matter were planning a "peaceful" protest but after the Gay Marriage vote went against them, they were not sitting silently anymore.

They also prayed for the majority conservative government to NOT move forward with the legalization of gay marriage as God is watching..

As for Ben, he claims hes done nothing wrong and he's defending his faith and he will continue to WHITEWASH all insults to Christianity wheneever he sees it. He now faces jail time.

Locals in favour of gay marriage however rallied together to turn the mural with messages of love such as "We Won. Love Won. No Hate. #AllivesMatter".

Maybe they can kneel during national anthems to protest the country of Australia just like BLM kneels during anthems to protest America.

Fun fact: The same book of the bible that people typically quote to forbid homosexuality also forbids tattoos. Seems this guy could stand to do a bit of additional reading.

I'm sure it will all change once he comes out as a homosexual. The question will be how his family reacts.

The Bible has all sorts of dumb stuff.

It says women can't talk when they go to church, that you should beat your kids with a rod, all sorts of stuff. What else can you expect from a book written before we even knew how to make a hamburger.

That's not using it as an insult so much as it is recognizing that this guy really doesn't want to be gay, and mocking the cognitive dissonance that would come with that in response to his open hostility. It's not that it's funny when people are gay, it's that it's funny when people end up looking like hypocrites because of fierce, self-hating denial.

Except it literally is using as an insult, especially since even your clarification notes that it's being used *because* an individual wouldn't want to be called a homosexual. Therefore it's no different than calling anybody else gay as an insult.
