They are indeed. They're also for adults. And adolescents. And seniors that haven't lost too much of their manual dexterity or vision to be able to enjoy using them. All games are for everyone, unless there's some kind of content that would be inappropriate for a certain demographic. You're never too old to have fun.

And even then, it's less that the games themselves are for kids and more that their monetization strategies are specifically designed to appeal to and prey on children to squeeze money out of their parents.
