btw at the end of rogue one when carrie fisher is handed that disc and then says "hope". What is on that disc thing anyway? I liked tfa awakens much much better than rogue one, didn't really like rogue one at all.

TFA had better characters Rogue One had better everything else it's hard to say. I'd probably give it to TFA just because the characters were such an important part and the Rogue One characters were so universally awful.

.... really? The entire movie is about capturing the Death Star plans... and Leia hides the plans (on a disc) in R2-D2 in "A New Hope"... this isn't a serious question is it?

uh.....it is a serious question. I rented the movie and i didn't like it at all, so i was fast forwarding it and blanking out during the movie but i did see the awesome ending scene. Easily the best part of the movie.

About poll, hard to say. I liked both but for different reasons. In Rogue One, seeing Vader and also that funny droid was pretty great imo. I liked many parts in TFA too, but thought that what's his name enemy Sith was a whiny weak little ***** who threw temper tantrums which while pathetic of him were nonetheless pretty funny. Also Chewie seemed to be far less formidable even if he was older and shot with the accuracy of a standard stormtrooper.

About your question, the info was the blueprint plans for the Death Star including the critical weakness that allowed the Rebels to know how to blow it up by shooting a proton torpedo down its Reactor core's ventilation shaft thingy.

The Force Awakens, by a hair. It mostly comes down to the fact that both were great movies that I really enjoyed, but TFA had more of the hallmarks I expect in a Star Wars film, so it tickled my nostalgia bone a tad bit more.

The only people who liked force awakens were people who like cheap fan service with familiar faces. The most common complaint I see about rogue one is, "Waaaahh I didn't know any of the characters!"

I loved the characters, story, and action in Rogue One more, but I liked the chemistry between Poe, Finn, and Rey. Look forward to seeing them develop.

lol what's on the disc.

the disc is the opposite of pandora's box. it has hope on Leia's disc. Once it open the universe will be filled with hope and dreams. Duh.
