I would imagine almost everyone does both depending on the situation.

I mean, if your sitting anyway, your not gonna stand to take a leak.

And if the toilet is disgusting (when not at home.....hopefully) your not gonna sit even if you normally do.

I stand to pee, unless I am also pooping.
