34 y/o Teacher who had SEX with a 16 y/o Kid FORTY Times Is found NOT GUILTY!!!

34 y/o Shelley Dufresne, the former high school teacher and mother of 3 at Destrehan High School in Louisiana has been found NOT GUILTY after she was accused of having a THREESOME and had SEX with a 16 year old Football Student FORTY TIMES!!

She was found not guilty of 2 counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile as Judge Danyelle Taylor said the prosecutors did not prove their case beyond reasonable doubt agains her and said the evidence provided by the main witnesses, the 16 y/o jigalo who had sex with her and another teacher was UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

She said "I do not believe that the threshold has been met by the evidence presented to this court. Credibility becomes critical. While he is most certainly on trial here today his ability and willingness to tell the truth paramount issues for this court to consider. This court knows for an absolute fact that the teen was willing to lie in the court" and referenced how the teen's "propensity to lie" and "braggadocious nature"

If Convicted, she could have faced 10 years in prison and a 5000 fine. Shelley plead guilty in 2015 to an obscenity charge for admitting to having sex with him but was given a 3 year deferred prison sentence and probation time.

26 y/o Rachel Respess was the other teacher who supposedly had a threesome with the teen student who is now 19 as he took the stand against the teachers.

In 2014, Shelley was out for drinks at a bar with colleagues after a football game where the teen was also PRESENT and that's how the alleged affair occurred and the teen supposedly bragged to his team mates about "banging" the teachers when he went back to her apartment for a threesome.

But Shelley's attorney alleged no sex occurred since the teen COULDN'T GET AN ERECTION!!..but the teen maintained on the stand that he DID get one and that they all had sex

The teen took a video of Rachel passed out from drinking and then he put his face on her "private parts" and then showed that video to all of his buddies at the football locker room. Police couldn't find the video but interviewed students admitted to seeing it.

Apparently the 19 y/o Male Student took that video of Rachel because it was out of REVENGE when he was in her class the year before and was going to BLACKMAIL her with it..

The attorney's blasted the court for not punishing the teen when he filmed her without her permission even though he was a minor..

Shelley will register as a sex offender in a plea deal to avoid jail time and surrender her teacher's license as Rachel's case will be heard next month.

I heard about this. I heard the main reason she got off was because they couldn't prove where the rape had taken place (I notice Ducky left that part out, guess it wasn't "interesting" enough), so they didn't know where they had to try the case to get a conviction. If that really was the main thing keeping her from being found guilty, that seems like a rather huge loophole in the law.

He did all this out of revenge cause he couldn't get it up

Not sure who the bigger loser is. The teachers for banging a loser or the 19 year old loser who couldn't get it up and basically sexually assaulted a drunk woman.

Female privilege. Granted, I agree with just yanking her teaching license.

I haven't seen the evidence. I can't base an opinion on the evidence if I don't know what the evidence is.
