I'm sure a show set in that period would be much harder to write, since there is so much unknown about it. Also no dragons or Targaryens. Compared to the House of the Dragon show, where they have thousands of pages of information already published, covering most of the Targ history in Westeros. Should be super easy to crank out a good show w/ that material.
yeah Im pretty stoked about House of the Dragon honestly. i hated the ending of GoT just as much as everyone else but Ive read Fire and Blood (the book HotD is based on - at least the Targ civil war part) and its a damn good book so it should make for an incredible show.
