I usually quickly fry up some leftover steak or pork tossed in Gochujang and ginger and throw it in the ramen along with onions, peppers, jalapenos, cabbage, and broccoli. Top it off with some sriracha as well.
Makes for a quick, easy meal that helps make good use of leftovers.
