As far as I know, a degree (which people are probably thinking this is for) is more lucrative a career path. There are several careers that utilize the degree (oil field to name one). Sociology, not so much. Sure it's interesting. Not quite as lucrative. That's why I voted for it.


Cept I'm not going for a degree. I'm only taking the shitty beginner's course and then I'm never taking it again


Take the one that interests you the most then. Which one you pick won't matter in the long run.

Sociology will be more fun. Unless the teacher is shit.
