She didn't even come remotely close to winning the gavel over Pelosi, not sure how she gets the party nomination. The only way she can is if all the old, corporate loving Dems die off, and the ones that replace her magically decide not to take corporate bribes. Which seems incredibly unlikely.
Something massive has to change for her to ever have a shot at real power in the Democratic party. Either the world, or her (by giving up her morals).
