Understandably fans of the show would hate the film. But I never saw the appeal of the show so I gave the film a try and thought it was okay. I liked the fire prince character. I was disappointed to hear that the actor felt it was his worst role looking back.
Some scenes like the prison revolt are cringe but as a whole the film is not that bad.
