A few weeks ago I found out what my restlessness actually is. Its called Akathisia, and because of it I cant stop walking or moving my legs and feet in general. Ive been off a med because it was assumed that was the cause, but my Akathisia has persisted and hasnt let up at all. Its really frustrating, Im so stressed out. I just want to feel at peace again.
