Please enlighten me where I'm wrong because in my state law enforcement aren't supposed to unload a suspects weapon because its tampering with fucking evidence.
Show me your states law, or better yet, this states law/protocol for shooting a suspect. Specifically the part where you're supposed to grab his weapon barehanded to unload it.
