Next character release is V!Shizuru on 1/18, along with the Valentine's event. Hard 3x drops when the Normal 3x drops ends. Anniversary is extra gems on log-in, plus a double stamina rewards from the daily stamina missions (great since there will be triple drops from normal or hard for most of the "anniversary").
Muimi Gala banner should be after V!Shizuru then, and based on the past, we should have free daily pulls during it. I think it's a bit silly that we don't get the original anniversary character and free pulls on the anniversary though, though it's not entirely unexpected.
