Are you concerned about the wiring in general or just that ceiling fixture?

The wiring mostly but there was water slowly dripping off the ceiling light bulb, so I know the water is near/on the wiring. Needless to say I haven't turned the light on since.

@XboxLegendary
If you can get into the attic, can you take a picture of the wiring and post it?

Please do, I'm a licensed electrician and would be happy to help

There's no attic up there, at least not an accessible one.

Hmmm, ok well I'll still say your house won't burn down because of a leak. However, just because it's leaking through your light doesn't mean the leak is above your light. The water could be just following down the wires like it does with anything else you've seen water follow. You need to get access to the underside of your roof. Look for discoloring and obviously wet patches.

As far as your wiring, if you can send me a pic via here or PM I could tell you what kind of ouch you're gonna have when you do call an electrician someday. Spoiler alert: I'm pretty sure you don't want the answer.

The wires are corroded and have what appears to be insulators made of fabric.
