Zombie Genocider and 5 day survivor are the ones that'll actually yield some OP rewards though. Once you get 5 day you get to use the weapon for the last 2.

All you need is some good background sound/music for most of these. If you're looking to be wowed and amazed every second then I really wouldn't recommend the ones for eating all the food and wearing all the clothes. Transmissionary makes for a decent challenge run though, you have a lot to do but you don't have to be totally perfect.
