I'm in a pretty bad state of mind right now, and I don't really know why. I'm moody and irritable, and it feels like I'm in the same headspace that I was in when I lost my job 15 years ago (not a good sign). I've gotten some sleep today, but it's not helping much. I need to get my head together.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to stabilize one's mood?

Didn't look that way from this topic. It seemed he was more content to
leak some information and then sit back and watch the dramabomb go off.
