This video is seriously wild.
It's essentially James breaking down in agonizing detail all the BS he has do for the channel like the IT work and carpentry and all this other junk that wastes tons of time for even basic episodes. Clearly the Screenwave people should be doing all of that work to make life easier for him. Instead, he bizarrely makes them write the scripts and film the gameplay which is what James should be doing as the creative force behind the channel.
It's completely ass backwards. He talks about being a filmmaker but this is like if James Cameron stopped directing his actors and spent months working with the file servers.
