Its for the car accidents where there is no need for surgery/no injuries, but you wanna get paid still. You basically fake back pain. Its ingenious and lawyers have been doing it for years lol you dont even need x-rays to get like 10K. If you want the big money 100K+ then yea you gotta have x-rays.
