A lot of websites do that actually, but its usually automated. Ive seen it on clothing websites and some consumer info websites - hey we havent seen you in a while how about a discount? But this time it would be, hey you havent logged in in a while, you ok?
i can't and don't care to speak for po but i think i would be incredibly weirded out if someone emailed me because i didn't log onto a forum for a while
