Been seeing my provider to see if I can try and get my anxiety under control before this 5-week "leadership course" where I have to give briefings...
I absolutely dread doing speeches or briefs and been waking up every day dreading the day this class starts. Doesn't help that I have to drive 21 hours to San Antonio from central coast California.
I see my provider again tomorrow to get the meds I need for this trip.
Started off using proponol but that really didn't do anything. My anxiety just makes me sweat uncontrollably and it just gets worse after I realize I'm having an episode, and just having eyes on me.
She then got me taking Hydroxyzine Pamoate 25mg. Probably my favorite of the stuff I've been taking cause it kinda makes me feel like I smoked some weed, but the downside is it makes me REALLY drowsy for like an hour and that can't be good during a class like this upcoming one.
Told her about the drowsy side effects so she then got me using Hydrozine Hydrochloride 10mg, which don't do anything, but this one just has me feeling depressed. But I'm not sure if it's this med or that the class date is just next week. I wake up just feeling like I want to just sleep and not get up.
