Those cops shouldn't have even been fighting him. The whole stop was over an air freshener, which apparently is illegal in that state for some reason. It was a minor thing. Why the fuck did it cause 2 cops to be trying to pull a man out of his car?
The air freshener was only one thing. He didn't have a driver's license. There was no insurance on the car. Plates weren't legal. He had a bench warrant out, something to do with having a gun illegally, and there was also a restraining order on him. There was a female in the car with him and they wanted to be sure she wasn't the one who had the restraint out on him.
But I agree, senseless death and poor choices by the cop who shot him. She deserves accountability, which looks like she will get.
